Common use of Default Under Ground Lease Clause in Contracts

Default Under Ground Lease. The occurrence of a default under any Ground -------------------------- Lease which has not been cured or waived (i) 10 days prior to the date the ground lessor under such Ground Lease would have the right to terminate such Ground Lease and (ii) in any event within 30 days of the occurrence of such default;

Default Under Ground Lease. The occurrence of a default under any Ground -------------------------- Lease (other than a Ground Lease affecting a Permitted Other Subsidiary Property) which has not been cured or waived (i) 10 days prior to the date the ground lessor under such Ground Lease would have the right to terminate such Ground Lease and (ii) in any event within 30 days of the occurrence of such default;
