Default Under Indemnity Clause Samples
Default Under Indemnity. The occurrence of a default beyond any applicable notice, grace and/or cure period, under the Amended and Restated Hazardous Materials Indemnity Agreement, dated the date hereof, executed by Indemnitor and Administrative Agent.
Default Under Indemnity. Borrower shall default under any obligation imposed by any indemnity whether contained within any of the Loan Documents, (including, without limitation, the Hazardous Substance Certificate and Indemnification Agreement), or otherwise, which default is not cured by Borrower within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice from Bank.
