Default Under other Credit Documents; The Guaranty. (a) There shall exist or occur any “Event of Default” as provided under the terms of any Credit Document, or any Credit Document ceases to be in full force and effect or the validity or enforceability thereof is disaffirmed by or on behalf of any Credit Party, or at any time it is or becomes unlawful for any Credit Party to perform or comply with its obligations under any Credit Document, or the obligations of any Credit Party under any Credit Document are not or cease to be legal, valid and binding on any Credit Party; or (b) without limiting the foregoing, the Guaranty or any provision thereof shall cease to be in full force and effect or any Guarantor or any Person acting by or on behalf of any Guarantor shall deny or disaffirm any Guarantor’s obligations under the Guaranty; or
