DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. 24.1 If the term of any lease, other than this Lease, made by Lessee, for the Leased Premises or any part thereof, or for any other space in the Building shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease, because of any default by Lessee under such other lease, such fact shall empower Lessor, at Lessor's sole option, to terminate this Lease by notice to Lessee and/or to exercise any of the remedies set forth in Section 15.
