Common use of Default under this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Should the Borrower violate or fail to comply fully with any of the terms and conditions of, or default under, this Agreement, and such default not be cured within thirty (30) days of the occurrence thereof (provided, however, that no cure period shall be available for a default in the obligation to maintain insurance coverages required hereby).
