Defaulter List; ECGC Caution List; Related Party. (a) The Issuer, its directors, promoters or guarantors do not figure in any list of wilful defaulters circulated by RBI/CIBIL/CIC or the caution list of the Export Credit Guarantee Corporation or the specific approval list or COFEPOSA defaulters list or the defaulter list of any bank or financial institution or any other Governmental Authority or in the list under the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1267 and no director of the Issuer is disqualified under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
