DEFAULTS BY ALADDIN GAMING. (a) Any default by Aladdin Gaming under this Agreement after the giving of notice and the expiration of a five (5) day cure period shall, at the option of the Administrative Agent, constitute a default by Aladdin Gaming under the Senior Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents and any Senior Credit Facility Event of Default shall, at the option of the Administrative Agent, constitute a default by Aladdin Gaming under this Agreement (without any additional grace period or opportunity to cure). Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of a default under this Agreement by Aladdin Gaming, the Senior Lenders shall have all rights, remedies and options under the Senior Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents and at law and in equity.
