Common use of Defaults Cured Clause in Contracts

Defaults Cured. Tenant’s trustee or the debtor-in-possession cures all defaults under the Lease, or provides Landlord with Assurance (as defined below) that it will cure (i) all defaults that can be cured by the payment of money within 10 days from the date of such assumption, and (ii) all other defaults under this Lease that can be cured by the performance of the act needed to effect the cure promptly after the date of assumption.
