Defaults; Remedies; Sublessor Default. A. Sublessor shall not be in default hereunder unless it fails to begin within thirty (30) days after notice from Sublessee, or fails to pursue with reasonable diligence thereafter, the cure of any breach by Sublessor of its obligations hereunder, if the default by Sublessor does not adversely affect the conduct of Sublessee's business in the Sublease Premises.
