Common use of Defeasance of this Article Fourteen Clause in Contracts

Defeasance of this Article Fourteen. The subordination of the Subsidiary Guarantees provided by this Article Fourteen is expressly made subject to the provisions for Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance of a series of Securities in Article Fifteen hereof and, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the effectiveness of any such Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance with respect to a series of Securities, the Subsidiary Guarantees of the Securities of such series shall thereupon cease to be subordinated pursuant to this Article Fourteen. ARTICLE FIFTEEN
