Common use of Defeasance of this Article Twelve Clause in Contracts

Defeasance of this Article Twelve. The subordination of the Securities of a series provided by this Article Twelve is expressly made subject to the provisions for Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance in Article Fifteen hereof and, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the effectiveness of any such Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance, the Securities of such series then outstanding shall thereupon cease to be subordinated pursuant to this Article Twelve.

The subordination of the any series of Securities of a series provided by this Article Twelve is expressly made subject to the provisions for Defeasance discharge, defeasance or Covenant Defeasance covenant defeasance in Article Fifteen Nine hereof and, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the effectiveness of any such Defeasance discharge, defeasance or Covenant Defeasancecovenant defeasance, the series of Securities of for which such series then outstanding discharge, defeasance or covenant defeasance becomes effective shall thereupon cease to be subordinated pursuant to this Article Twelve.
