Common use of DEFEASANCE OF THIS Clause in Contracts

DEFEASANCE OF THIS. ARTICLE FIFTEEN. The subordination of the Securities provided by this Article Fifteen is expressly made subject to the provisions for defeasance or covenant defeasance in Article Twelve hereof and, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the effectiveness of any such defeasance or covenant defeasance, the Securities then outstanding shall thereupon cease to be subordinated pursuant to this Article Fifteen.

DEFEASANCE OF THIS. ARTICLE FIFTEENTHIRTEEN. The subordination of the Securities provided by this Article Fifteen Thirteen is expressly made subject to the provisions for defeasance or covenant defeasance in Article Twelve Fifteen hereof and, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, upon the effectiveness of any such defeasance or covenant defeasance, the Securities then outstanding shall thereupon cease to be subordinated pursuant to this Article Fifteen.Thirteen.
