Defeasance Prior to Redemption or Maturity. Subject to certain conditions contained in the Indenture, the Company at any time may terminate some or all of its obligations under the Notes and the Indenture if the Company deposits with the Trustee money or U.S. Government Obligations sufficient to pay the principal of, and premium and interest on, the Notes to redemption or maturity, as the case may be.
