Defeasance Prior to Redemption or Maturity. Subject to certain conditions contained in the Indenture, the Company at any time may terminate some or all of its obligations under the Notes and the Indenture if the Company deposits with the Trustee money or Government Securities sufficient to pay the principal of, premium, interest and Liquidated Damages, if any, on, the Notes to redemption or maturity, as the case may be.
