Defeasance; Satisfaction and Discharge. This Article VIII shall apply to the Notes in lieu of Article VIII of the Base Indenture, which shall be deemed to be replaced in its entirety by this Article VIII for purposes of the Notes. Except as specifically provided in this Article VIII, none of the Issuer’s obligations under the Indenture will be discharged.
