DEFECT IS IDENTIFIED. If an Inspection Report reveals a DEFECT(S) with the Property, the Buyer must: 218 1. Provide the inspection report, or relevant parts thereof, to the Seller; and 219 2. Give the Seller the opportunity to remedy the defect(s).
