Defective Application. An Application for Payment that fails to conform to these standards may be deemed defective under subsection E.2 of the General Conditions (‘Applications for Payment’). Owner reserves the right to withhold payment under a defective Application for Payment until the defects are cured by the CMGC. Owner also reserves the right to require modification of the Schedule of Values if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such modification would assist in curing any defect in an Application for Payment.
