DEFECTIVE CARD. In the event that the chip or the magnetic strip on the Card is faulty or damaged or defective at any time: (i) and through no fault of the Cardholder, AEON Credit may replace the Card free of charge; (ii) due to the fault of the Cardholder, AEON Credit may at the request of the Cardholder replace the Card for a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twelve (RM12.00) per Card or such other rate as may be prescribed by AEON Credit from time to time, and which sum shall be debited from Cardholders’ Prepaid Card Account.
