DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING WORK. 1.11.1. Defective or non-conforming Work is any Work which is unsatisfactory, faulty or deficient by: (a) not conforming to the requirements of the Contract Documents; (b) not conforming to the standards of Workmanship of the applicable trade or industry; (c) not being in compliance with the requirements of any inspection, reference, standard, test, or approval required by the Contract Documents; or (d) damage occurring prior to Final Completion of all of the Work.
