Defective Products. If you have a defective TOA Product the first step is to go to xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and fill out the Repair Service Form online and submit it. You may also download the pdf from our website and send it to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. XXX’s Technical team will review your from and determine the next steps in the process. The product will be repaired or replaced at TOA Canada’s discretion. Product that appears to have been misused or damaged will not be eligible for credit. Please have your invoice ready if TOA requests it.
