Defective Software. The term "Defective Software" shall mean any software that does not meet ISI's specifications and any other specifications set forth in the order.

Should the Business Products fail to meet the warranty set forth above, Licensor will, at its sole option, repair or replace the Business Products such that they conform to their Documentation.
