Defendants’ Limited Role. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, Defendants shall have no role in, nor be held responsible or liable in any way for, the Accounting/Trust Administration Fund, the holding or investment of the monies in the Qualifying Bank or the distribution of such monies.
