If the Purchase Order identifies a United States Department of Defense Rating and a related United States government contract, then the Products and Services covered by the Purchase Order and the Agreement are for national defense use. Seller is required to follow all provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (“DPAS”) regulations; including, but not limited to, the pass down of all applicable requirements to all sub-tier suppliers.
