Deferral of Other Rights and Claims. Until all obligations of the Lenders to extend credit to Borrower have expired or been terminated and all the Guaranteed Obligations have been paid in full, such Guarantor will not demand, xxx for, accept or receive any payment or transfer on account of any such right or claim from any Person (other than Borrower and its Subsidiaries) liable for the payment of any of the Guaranteed Obligations.
