Common use of Deferral of Payments Clause in Contracts

Deferral of Payments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any amount would otherwise have been payable as a result of subparagraph (c) above prior to the Effective Date, such amount shall not be paid until the first regular payroll date following the Effective Date.

Deferral of Payments.
