Common use of Deferred Cash Clause in Contracts

Deferred Cash. Employee is receiving information in an online or other communication for each Grant Date (“Personalized Information”) as to the principal amount of the award and the “Vesting Date” (as defined in Paragraph 3(a) hereof). Each award amount (as provided in the Personalized Information) is to be reflected in a notational account to be adjusted for gains and losses pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and, as adjusted, shall be referred to as the “Deferred Cash.” The Deferred Cash and the other rights set forth in this Agreement shall be the “Award.”

Each award amount (as provided in the Personalized Information) is to be reflected in a notational account to be adjusted for gains and losses pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and, as adjusted, shall be referred to as the “Deferred Cash.” The Deferred Cash and the other rights set forth in this Agreement shall be the “Award.”
