Deficiency Payment Adjustments. For each Contract Quarter for which the Total Revenues shall exceed the Minimum Volumes Revenue (such excess being the “Net Excess Revenues”), ALON shall be entitled to a credit solely against any payments owed by ALON for such Net Excess Revenues for such Contract Quarter equal to any Deficiency Payments made in the prior four Contract Quarters and not previously so credited.
