Deficit Capital Account; Members’ Obligation to Repay or Restore. Except as otherwise required by applicable law or the express terms of this Agreement (including paragraph 15.4(c)), no Member shall be obligated at any time to repay or restore to the Fund all or any part of any distribution made to it from the Fund in accordance with the terms of this Article 7 or Article 10.
