Defined Terms; Amendment as Loan Document. All capitalized terms used in this Amendment, including in the preamble and recitals hereto, and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Amended Credit Agreement. This Amendment constitutes a “Loan Document” under the Amended Credit Agreement.
