DEFINED TERMS AND HEADINGS. The words "Landlord" and "Tenant" as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. Words used in neuter gender include the feminine and masculine, where applicable. If there is more than one Tenant, the obligations imposed under this Lease upon Tenant shall be joint and several. The headings and titles to the sections and paragraphs of this Lease are used for convenience only and shall have no effect upon the construction or interpretation of this Lease.
