Defined Terms; Certain Conflicts. All capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Warrants. In the event of any conflict between any provision in this Warrant Agency Agreement and in the Warrants related to the rights of any Holder, the provisions in the Warrants shall control.
