Defined Terms; Certain Matters of Construction. All capitalized terms used herein without definitions shall have the respective meanings provided in the Loan Agreement. All terms not defined in the Loan Agreement that are defined in the UCC and used herein shall have the meanings provided in the UCC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, references to “You” and “Your” in terms that are defined in the Loan Agreement, shall mean and refer to You when such defined terms are used in this Guaranty. Any reference herein to the satisfaction, repayment, or payment in full of the Secured Obligations shall mean the repayment in full in cash or immediately available funds of all of the Secured Obligations (other than contingent indemnifications). Matters of construction established in the Loan Agreement shall be applied in this Guaranty as established in the Loan Agreement. In addition, the following shall have (unless otherwise provided elsewhere in this Guaranty) the following respective meanings:
