Defined Terms Used in this Agreement In addition to the terms defined above, the following terms used in this Agreement shall be construed to have the meanings set forth or referenced below.
Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement.
