Defined Terms, Phrases. (a) For purposes of this Agreement, capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in Appendix 1. (b) As used herein, the phrase "first WTG shipment" and similar phrases shall be deemed to mean, for the 2008 delivery units, the first 2008 WTG shipped to the applicable Project, and for the 2009 delivery units, the first 2009 WTG shipped to the applicable Project.
