Defined Terms Rules of Construction. Unless otherwise indicated, all capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined, including the terms used in the preamble and recitals hereto, shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Amended Credit Agreement. As used in this Amendment, “Loan Parties” shall include the Aggregator Borrower General Partner.
