Additional Defined Terms Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby further amended and supplemented by adding the following new definitions, which read in their entirety as follows:
Defined Terms; References Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Credit Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Credit Agreement. Undefined Terms Unless the context otherwise provides or requires, capitalized terms used herein which are not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement; provided, however, that all references in the Loan Agreement to (a) “Obligations” shall, in addition to the definition set forth in the Loan Agreement include, but not be limited to, the duties and obligations of the Borrowers under this Amendment, and (b) “Loan Documents” shall, in addition to the definition set forth in the Loan Agreement include, but not be limited to, this Amendment and the documents and instruments to be delivered pursuant to this Amendment.
