Defined Words. At the end of this Appendix you will find a Glossary of defined words used in this Appendix. You will also find elsewhere in this Appendix other defined words. These defined words begin with capital letters. It is important that you understand what these defined words mean. If a word is not defined in this Appendix, please consult the Glossary in the Agreement. When this Appendix uses the words “we,” “us,” and “our,” this means Delta Dental and its designated affiliates. When this Appendix uses the words “you” and “your,” this means the Subscriber and all Members and Dependents. Unless otherwise clearly noted, lengths of time expressed in terms of days in this Appendix shall mean calendar days.
