Definition and Other Provisions. For the purposes of this Section 7, “transfer” shall include any sale, assignment or other transfer, whether voluntary or involuntary, by operation of law or otherwise, provided it shall not include the grant of a lien or security interest on a Shipper’s interest hereunder so long as the same shall remain inferior to the rights of LMM, but it shall include any transfer by reason of foreclosure or other realization upon such lien and security interest.
