Definition and Terms. 3.1 The articles of this Collective Agreement will apply to both the Custodial and Building Services work units unless specifically indicated otherwise. Specifically, the subheadings “Custodial Unit” or “Building Services Unit” preceding an article, or the reference to “Custodial Employees” or “Building Services Employees” within an article, shall denote a provision applying either to the Custodial work unit or to the Building Services work unit.
3.2 In this Agreement, wherever the masculine gender is used it shall be construed to be the masculine and/or feminine, as the context requires.
