Definition of a Responsible Officer. For purposes of this Trust Agreement only, "Responsible Officer" when used with respect to the Owner Trustee means the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, the President, any Vice President (whether or not designated by a number or a word or words added before or after the title "Vice President"), the Secretary, any Assistant Secretary, or any other officer in the Corporate Trust Administration of SSB customarily performing functions similar to those performed by any of the above designated officers.
