Common use of Definition of Advance Limit Clause in Contracts

Definition of Advance Limit. The term 101A "Advance --------------------------- Limit" shall mean the amount of the Revolving Loan up to the lesser of Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) or 55% of the aggregate amount of the total payments due on Borrower's "Eligible Receivables" (as hereinafter defined).
