Definition of Base Year. Anything contained in the Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, Tenant's Prorata Share of Taxes and Operating Expenses, the Base Tax Year and the Base Expense Year for the Additional Premises, Tenant's Base Year shall mean calendar year 2001.
