Common use of Definition of Business Day Clause in Contracts

Definition of Business Day. For purposes of this Agreement, "Business Day" means any day on which the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. is open for trading. If the foregoing correctly sets forth the understanding between the Underwriters and the Company, please so indicate in the space provided below for that purpose, whereupon this letter shall constitute a binding agreement among the Company and each of the several Underwriters.
