Definition of Business Day. For purposes of this Agreement, “Business Day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or a holiday observed by national or federally chartered banks. Unless the context otherwise requires, all periods terminating on a given day, period of days, or date shall terminate at 5:00 p.m. (Colorado time) on such date or dates, and references to "days" shall refer to calendar days, except if such references are to Business Days. Any event specified to occur on a non-Business Day shall be extended automatically to the end of the first Business Day thereafter.
