Definition of Collateral. The Collateral is all of the Debtor’s now owned or existing or hereafter acquired or arising: Accounts, Goods, Inventory, Equipment (including without limitation the equipment described on Exhibit A attached hereto), Chattel Paper, Instruments, Investment Property, specifically identified Commercial Tort Claims, Documents, Deposit Accounts, Letter of Credit Rights, General Intangibles, Intellectual Property, Contract Rights, customer lists, furniture and fixtures, books and records and supporting obligations for any of the foregoing, and all Proceeds of the foregoing (the “Collateral”). The Collateral also includes all monies on deposit or held in reserve with Lender.
