Common use of Definition of Competition Clause in Contracts

For purposes of this Agreement “Competitive Activity” shall mean the development, manufacture or marketing of cell culture systems or any development, manufacture, marketing or other commercialization of a personalized biologic cancer vaccine for treatment of non-Hxxxxxxx lymphoma.
