DEFINITION OF COURT. for the purposes of the overtime and off duty court time provisions of this Collective Agreement shall be defined as including any division of the Ontario Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of Canada or a judicial or quasi-judicial hearing where a member is required to attend as part of the member’s duties with the Regional Police Service.
