DEFINITION OF EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENT. The term "Employment Arrangement" shall mean any plan, agreement or arrangement of Bancorp or the Bank or any affiliate (i) to which the Executive is a party, or (ii) with respect to which the Executive is a direct or indirect beneficiary, or (iii) under or with respect to which the Executive may have any right to receive compensation, payments or any other benefit.
