Common use of Definition of Guaranteed Obligations Clause in Contracts

Definition of Guaranteed Obligations. As used herein, the term “Guaranteed Obligations” shall mean, and Guarantor shall be liable for, and shall indemnify, defend and hold Lender and each other Indemnified Party harmless from and against, any and all Losses (as hereinafter defined) incurred or suffered by Lender or any other Indemnified Party arising out of or in connection with the matters listed below:
