DEFINITION OF "PLEDGED STOCK. For purposes of this Pledge Agreement, the term "Pledged Stock" means and includes all of the issued and outstanding shares of the common stock or other securities of the Subsidiary now or hereafter owned by Pledgor or voting trust certificates or other documents of any kind evidencing any and all ownership or other interests of Pledgor in the Subsidiary, including, without limitation, those listed on Exhibit A hereto and any supplemental Exhibit A attached hereto or delivered to Monarch from time to time.
